Scheduling time for each other is vital! It allows you to catch up on what has happened in their week at work or in general.
Date night is a great first step into having quality time together. If you have children, ask a family member or a babysitter to look after the kids, so you can enjoy a kid free alone time.
Setting this time aside is hard enough, to make the most of it switch your phone to silent and put them away so your full attention is on your partner.
